1. TICKET INFO

* Maximum 4 tickets are allowed for one person.
* Tickets are available in limited quantity.
* When a sellout is expected, it will be announced through the official website and SNS channels.
* Ticket reservation, cancellation and refunds will be only available at reservation center!



2. FESTIVAL INFO

The project newly shown by HIPHOPPLAYA, which has been with K-HIPHOP for 16 years


Since 2000, the beginning period of K-HIPHOP, HIPHOPPLAYA started its operation. It has played an essential role as a bridge between musicians and hip-hop fans, by having 450 times of interviewing hip-hop musicians, 16,000+ news articles, 400 radio shows, 60 competitions for amateur musicians, and 60 times of hip-hop concerts.

Among those things, more than 300 teams of musicians honored the stage of HIPHOPPLAYA SHOW, which started in 2006, including Epik High, Dynamic Duo, Dok2, Beenzino etc, displaying special stages such as unusual collaboration stages, real instruments sound band sets to share the fever of hip-hop concert with fans. HIPHOPPLAYA SHOW has recorded so many sellouts to prove to be bankable. Based on know-hows that have been accumulated for 10 years, we open hip-hop festival on Han River Park in the middle of spring, 2016.

With not only respected musicians’ stages, but also street cultures mingled, it will be precious present for you who love hiphop/R&B music and culture.

3. Information of Ticket Booking

• There are no reserved seats in . You can freely enjoy the full place, using all concert spots and culture zones!
• Ticket reservation may start January 28, 7p.m. After the reservation is closed, cancellation or refund will be impossible.
• At the reservation process, you can choose to get the ticket ‘at the venue’ or ‘delivery.’ However, ‘Delivery’ is preferably recommended because ticket booth, which will be located outside, can be crowded on the show day. Delivered ticket cannot be re-issued if it is lost or damaged, so keep the tickets carefully (No excuses for ticket loss and damage or any other cases). Concert host/organization has no responsibility for any trouble caused by lost/damaged ticket.
• Extra cost will be charged when cancellation.
• Transfer and resale of tickets are not acceptable.
• Individual trading of ticket is illegal. The individual is fully responsible for the trouble caused by it. The host/organization and related corporation do not have any responsibility for this. Ticket should be bought through reservation center. Any ticket bought through other route will not be allowed to enter the venue.
• Under 12 years old children need the ticket to enter or they can enter freely if accompanied with guardian with tickets. In this case, any IDs (medical insurance, passport etc.) are necessary to identify their age.



4. Information of Ticket Delivery

• Please bring your ID and printed copy of booking confirmation to receive ticket at the venue.
• The ticket price on site is “88,000 KRW”, but it is impossible buy on the site if all tickets are sold out. When the ticket booth on the site opens, it will be announced through official web site and SNS channel.
• To enjoy the show freely, you should not miss or damage the ticket and wristband. Anyone with tickets needs to visit the wristband booth to wear the wristband.
• Keep the wristbands and tickets carefully, since it is impossible to re-issue when lost or damaged.
• Tickets are non-exchangeable, non-cancellable and non-refundable on the day of the show.



5. Notice for Admission

• Entering will be in the order of arrival, and all the stages and culture zones can be uses since there is no reserved seats
• To prevent safety accident, entrance can be prohibited when the stage is too crowded more than it can accommodate.
• If illegal entering is caught, he/she will be forced to leave and legal process can follow.



6. Notice and Guidance for Watching Performance

• Casts, schedule and appearance time can be adjusted upon the request of the artist. Other than the case of critical cast change or schedule adjustment, full/partial refund is impossible.
• Ticket and wristband booth opens 1 hour before the show and available until the end of concert.
• Except natural disaster and socially critical issue, the show will be performed according to program.
• Food and beverage booth will be available. To enjoy the show safely and pleasantly, any delivery foodservice, fast food, bottles, cans are not allowed to enter the venue. There will be verifying process at the entrance, and if any violation is caught, there will be restrictions on the entrance.
• Any general commemorative photographing is possible at the venue. However, taking picture of or recording the show is prohibited according to copyright and portrait rights issue.
• Official photographing and recording will be in progress. It is only for the data about concert, and audiences can be seen in it.
• The host/organization and related corporation have no responsibility for any accidents, thefts and missing caused by the individual’s carelessness. Please take care to ensure safety and valuable storage.
• Smoking is only allowed in designated area.
• Have an ID to buy drinks.
• Things that can harm other people like tent, chairs (including foldable), picnic tables, umbrellas, parasols, lighting hairbands, balloons, etc. are strictly prohibited within the venue. No pets allowed according to the rules of the venue.
• If any illegal or socially unacceptable activities including heavy drinking, use of fireworks, harmful weapons, and possession/use of drugs are caught by anyone, do not hesitate to tell the information booth, and it will be cause of expel and legal action without warning. Ticket refund is impossible in this case.
• Information service, lost and found service, and simple first aid service are available at information booth.
• Please observe the rules and be considerate of others to make the festival enjoyable.



7. HOW TO COME

◎ Subway
- Line number 6, Mapo-gu office station, exit 7 (Walk alongside Hongjecheon(Stream) for 1,300m, heading for Hang River / takes 20 mins)
- Line number 6, World Cup Stadium station, exit 1 (Walk through World Cup ramp bridge for 2,000m between Pyounghwa Park and Haneul Park / takes 30 mins)

◎ Bus
- 9707(Seoul Red Bus) : Get off at Nanji Han River Park
※ (Gyeonggi Red Bus and Express City Bus do not stop at Nanji Han River Park station)

◎ Car
- By using Navigation: Han River, Mapo-Gu, SeoulNanjiro, 162 (Sangam-dong 487-116)
- P-turn toward Gangbyeon Expressway/Seongsandaegyo(Bridge) at World Cup Stadium intersection
- When come from Ilsan: During driving toward Gimpo Airport, keep driving for 2.2 km to pass Gayang Bridge, and use the ramp torward the park
